Ramblings of the connected kind

1>We are a part of the Universe. We are one with the Universe. We are no different.

The Hydrogen present between the stars and in the Nebulae and the Carbon present in the Sun is the same that is present in our bodies.

2>The Universe has a plan for all of us. The world is a stage and all the men and women merely players.

If we discover the plan that the Universe has aligned for us, it will do everything in its power to help us start it. To complete it takes a little effort from our side. The Universe doesn't make plans and assign it to those who don't have the capability to complete it.

3>The Universe is intelligent. If it can create an intelligent mind that can ask questions, it is more intelligent than us.

Instead of questioning or doubting life, God, the world, it is our duty to search the plan that is the purpose of our life. Then to work to finish it.

Our planet is teeming with life. All living beings are living and working for the higher purpose, aligned with the one soul. Hence it is imperative to have respect for life.

*On Revolution (Terrorism):
How can the purpose of one's existence be abruptly ending the purpose of living of one hundred others?

Too blunt and disrespectful, I'm sorry, but I believe humans were made by God to be confused all their lives with such questions. Make yourself happy in whatever way possible. :) And do whatever you like.... terrorism too, if you find a reason good enuf for it!

P.S.: This is more of the alcohol than me speaking here :P. But I hope my comment doesn't weigh less in this state! :D

Even in this high state you got the "blunt" part right :) I didn't intend to be diplomatic this time.

We aren't perfect either. Hence the questioning. Hence the focus on ourselves without the consideration for others.

Reason justified for terrorism? We don't use the word "reasonable" for such extreme actions do we? :)

well here comes a middle-man...who subscribes to both the exteremes (of junkie and rajat) as well as the middle ground that lies in between....human beings, if they can find out what destiny has planned for them (and as the junkie says its according to his capability) would find it easier to accomplish those divine plans......

but there lies the catch...most of us cant figure ot what we are here for...and then stumble into many things trying to find out what we are good at and what we enjoy doing (i'm sure divinity looks into these aspects before assigning tasks to individuals)...and some stumble into terrorism....

so we desperately need a system to tell us what to do...and that is where "dhongi babas" fit into the society.....even if what they tell are lies, people believe in it as the divine plan, channelise their energies towards that goal and hence become succesful

so either the society needs a lot of those babas (and a gullible public) or some sort of mechanism to tell us what to do..

Wel u know i love The Alchemist so i definitely love this little consortium of urs...But there's one thing which proves all this wrong, our ability to understand and listen...we want to listen to the "ramblings of this connected kind" so much that we really dont feel like paying any heed to what the universe has to say...Hmmmmm, i sound quite boring, but neways....Great work :)

Zubin and Tinaz:

You two would have perhaps not thought initially how connected your views were. Completely agree to what you two have said.

Regarding the single thread that links us to the big plan, I believe we have all been born with the connection. It is all there in our sub conscious. With all these years and these layers of higher learnings and belief systems and perhaps communalism, we have lost it inside. We just need to be in touch with ourselves (something that we find almost impossible in this complex life). Hence the ultimate moral of possibly all religious teachings is to "listen to your soul" or "do what your heart tells you"

Tinaz: You underestimate yourself too much. That was possibly the best reply in such a short space. It showed your originality and your views. I am sorry but I disagree that you sounded boring :)

Zubin: Kudos. Your spiritual and philosophical side is very well honed.

hey, gr8 post..got that spiritual feelin reading it.
well, all i have to say is that we do have some sort of plan for each of us.even not knowing the plan itself is a part of the plan.
we need not worry, about finding the plan and carry out, we are already headed on the path.

if universe is more intelligent than us - the lesser mortals, it surely knows when to show us the right thing.

Whatever he conceived and believed and which he eventually achieved was rendered futile by him at the end of his journey. So the destinations seldom matter as much as journeys do.

Something that popped in my mind. Nice Blogs Abhishek. Keep on writing.
